The Project
Total demolition and abatement of old Admin and Chemical buildings at the Lewiston Water Treatment Plant in Lewiston, ID. External tank and ballast was demolished first and was back filled with processed re-used materials. The old chemical building was originally built in 1923 and utilized a concrete and brick construction. Ascendent was able to mobilize two of our own excavators for this project. Our PC490 equipped with a LaBounty UPX 450 processor made quick work of the external tank, while our Caterpillar 330LC High reach was able to tackle the structural demolition with ease. Project scale nearly $400,000 and 12,000 square feet of affected area.
