The Project
Ascendent was tasked with completing the interior demolition of a 4-story office building so the space can be re-purposed for multi-family housing. The project was in downtown Seattle, making moving equipment between floors and debris disposal a challenge. Ascendent mechanics partially dismantled equipment to fit in elevators to mobilize to elevated floors. Dumpsters had to be live loaded on the street because of the space constraints. Project scale was nearly $500,000 and nearly 60,000 affected square feet.
