Ascendent Demolition successfully executed the partial demolition of a 4-story post-tension concrete parking structure, removing one half of the facility while maintaining the other half in active operation. The project demanded extensive specialized engineering to address the complex safety requirements associated with post-tension concrete demolition. This strategic demolition cleared the way for future Sound Transit tunnel.
